Our Mission

The evaluation that changes everything

Elite 100 Softball is a premier recruiting evaluation experience designed to give competitive softball athletes the one thing most camps never provide — clarity. We bring together collegiate coaches to evaluate athletes in a structured, standardized format where every player gets scored, ranked, and seen by real decision-makers.

Participants walk away with written feedback from college coaches, a clear picture of what recruiting level they're ready for — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO — and a personalized development plan to get there.

We built Elite 100 because talented athletes and their families deserve more than a number on a roster sheet. Our evaluation system is built around honest assessment, real coach interaction, and actionable next steps — so every athlete leaves not just with exposure, but with a roadmap.

The Problem We Solve

Exposure without answers isn't enough

Most softball camps put athletes in front of coaches but never tell them what actually matters.

Families spend years and thousands of dollars going camp to camp with no clarity. Athletes train hard but never learn if they're D1 material or NAIA material. Elite 100 fixes that with one standardized, coach-scored evaluation matrix — the same rubric, every athlete, every position.

The Evaluation Matrix

How every athlete gets scored

Every position is evaluated on the same standardized 100-point matrix: a 5-tool skills score plus a competitive & intangibles score, so every family gets an apples-to-apples answer.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Everything families ask us before registering.

What makes Elite 100 different from a regular showcase camp?+
Most showcase camps focus on exposure — get in front of coaches and hope someone notices. Elite 100 is built around clarity instead. Every athlete is scored against the same standardized matrix by real collegiate coaches, so you leave with a specific, honest answer about your recruiting level and what to work on next — not just a name on a list.
Who evaluates the athletes?+
Paid collegiate coaches run the evaluations. They're the same people making recruiting decisions on their own rosters, so the feedback reflects what actually matters at the next level — not a generic scouting checklist.
How does the evaluation matrix work?+
Every athlete is scored on a 100-point matrix: 20 points across five position-specific tools (for example, speed, power, and arm strength for position players; velocity, control, movement, change up, and compete for pitchers), plus a shared scoring block for competitive drive, work ethic, coachability, game IQ, and leadership. The result is a clear, comparable score — not a vague impression.
What does my daughter walk away with?+
A completed evaluation matrix, written feedback from the coaches who evaluated her, and a clear read on what recruiting level she's ready for — D1, D2, D3, NAIA, or JUCO — along with next steps to close the gap.
Does college coach access continue after camp day?+
Yes. Each athlete's individual evaluation matrix is available to college coaches directly, so the exposure doesn't end when the camp does.
What positions are evaluated?+
Elite 100 runs dedicated evaluation matrices for position players, pitchers, and catchers, so every athlete is scored against criteria specific to what they actually do on the field.
What should my daughter bring on camp day?+
Full equipment (helmet, bat, glove, cleats), water, snacks, sunscreen, and a great attitude. Full logistics — location, check-in time, and schedule — are sent directly to registered families ahead of each camp.
How do I register or ask about a scholarship?+
Use the Register button above to get started. If cost is a barrier, reach out through the contact info below to ask about scholarship availability — we don't want price to be the reason a talented athlete misses out.
